Hello Sir,
I am trying out the tutorial for writing a dynamically loadable module
given at
http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/TUT:Writing_a_Dynamically_Loadable_Object
Here , while running the command :% *snmpd -f -L
-DnstAgentPluginObject,dlmod *given in the first step i get an error
message saying-
registered debug token nstAgentPluginObject, 1
regestered debug token dlmod, 1
dlmod: register mib
dlmod: dlmod_path : /usr/local/lib/snmp/dlmod
Turning on Agentx master support.
Error: couldn't open a master agentx socket to listen on ():
----------------------------------------------------
Could you please tell me what tis exactly means and tell me how do i resolve
this error.
