You didn't give it the root OID though.  It did walk the entire subtree
you asked of it ("system").  Try giving it ".1.3" if you truly want to
see "everything" (which ironically, was just being discussed on the
netconf mailing list yesterday about that being a awful thing to do and
they don't want to allow that sort of action under the netconf protocol).
