Hi all, I am trying to get mib2c to work properly.. net-snmp version 5.2.4
I have built and installed the net-snmp code with --with-perl-modules enabled. I then cd'd into perl perl Makefile.PL [-NET-SNMP-CONFIG="sh ../../net-snmp-config"] [-NET-SNMP-SOURCE=true] make make test make install There were a few include problems in OID.xs and SNMP.xs, but once I fixed that, everything compiled normally.. I see some failures in the make test but I do not think that is impacting what I am trying to do. When I run mib2c I get ERROR: You don't have the SNMP perl module installed. Please obtain this by getting the latest source release of the net-snmp toolkit from http://www.net-snmp.org/download/ . Once you download the source and unpack it, the perl module is contained in the perl/SNMP directory. See the README file there for instructions. I think I have followed all documented instructions.
