My net-snmp agent has to send inform to a notify reciever whose IP
Address is known, but Engine-ID is not known. How to know or discover Engine-ID
Is there implementation in net-snmp to discover Engine-ID, if so kindly tell me
the APIs to use for discovering Engine-ID of notification receiver.
