Well, there is no autoconf259 in Fedora, 'people say' there are no known issues with 2.59 and 2.63 compatibility so there is no need to maintain 2.59 there. I ended up in chroot with autoconf from tarball :). Anyway, configure scripts are regenerated, blame me for any problems with them. And sorry it took so long :(.
