Just to report that I'm also on F11 (with the same RPMs)
and the trunk code builds fine for me.  (once I'd protected
the call to netsnmp_init_tlsbase())

That's using the standard "makerelease" set of configure options.

The earlier branches (including both 5.2.x and 5.4.x) also build fine.
