Context? Where did you come across this term? All that I can think of immediately is in contrast to a "sparse table". Which is one where certain MIB objects don't necessarily have a value in every single row - so there are potentially "holes" in the table. A "dense table" would therefore be one without holes, where every single row has a value for every column. That actually covers the vast majority of tables in most MIBs. That might not be what you're referring to, but without the context for where you came across this term, it's impossible to say.
