i can't execute "snmptranslate "on "/home/proj/msap/apps/sychoi/install/usr/share/snmp/mibs"

so i run "snmptranslate" on "/home/proj/msap/apps/sychoi/net-snmp-5.3.2"

when i commans "snmptranslate" on /home/proj/msap/apps/sychoi/net-snmp-5.3.2
