Hello ,
As im using the net-snmp configured as master agent for the
application. The net-snmp was working fine with the proper snmpd.conf
and also snmpd.local.conf . But there is a problem in responding to the
SET request when I set the community string of rwcommunity as public .
And the master agent goes into dead and will not process the further
requests even after changing the community string to someother values.
Could you please send us any steps to be followed to overcome this
situation and to make the master agent work properly ??
I have installed agent in solaries machine and I tried to restart the
daemon which does not work also to overcome this problem .
