Please use *either* the group/access style mechanism
*or* the r[ow]user form.  Do not try and mix the two.


If you are using "rwuser", then see the snmpd.conf(5) man page:

rwuser [-s SECMODEL] USER [noauth|auth|priv [OID | -V VIEW [CONTEXT]]]
    specify an SNMPv3 user that will be allowed [access] ...  An alternative
    minimum security level can be specified using noauth (to allow
unauthenticated requests)
