It took me a bit to wrap my head around this logic switch and ensure
that every path was accounted for.  I think I've done so and verified
that it should all be good to go.

The only thing that seems to a be a true outcome difference would be
that you've removed mibII/vacm_vars from the trapd modules list.
However, I don't think it's needed as the only things in it are mib
reporting things.

So, +1 if you've compiled it successfully without the agent but with trapd :-)
