You can ignore that one; seeing the same here on Sol9 and 10.
But am surprised you do not see a inbound UDP connection in the log; try
running snmpd with the '-a' flag and '-d' or '-D ALL' to get an idea as to what
is happening.
I would not be surprised if your your checkpoint blocking localhost.
