Right now trunk:

  - is missing Niels' patch to figure ipv6 detection in configure
  - has one documentation related patch from Dave
  - is otherwise == rc3

I don't think doing another rc release is worth it, even though the ipv6
change seems semi-scary.  I don't think we'll get more feedback about it
after the fact, so I'd rather do a full release tomorrow to call it
"done" and then do a bug fix release if we determine it actually causes
problems (but it shouldn't *unless* they're trying to compile ipv6 on a
system with broken ipv6 support!).

Thoughts?
