This is a known issue. The interface between net-snmp and OpenSSL is a bit
odd. If you turn on the dtlsudp debug token (-Ddtlsudp) you'll see the actual
address/ports involved. While it is a known issues, I don't think there's a
bug report yet. If you could submit one, that'd be great.
