I've been looking at the snmpd.conf file that is under the /var/lib/net-snmp/
directory and would like to know if it is ever re-read under any circumstances?
It seems to have update information that the agent itself does not have unless
it is restarted. Can someone please tell me why this file exists and when it
is read if every. Verbosity appreciated.
