Hello.

I tried to compile with tunnel/tunnel.

It failed as it wanted to dereference the symbol var_ifEntry.

I then tried to compile with tunnel/tunnel and mibII/interfaces.

That also failed but the failure was more interesting as
mibII/interfaces require if-mib/data_access/interface but
if-mib/data_access/interface exclude mibII/interfaces if
NETSNMP_INCLUDE_IFTABLE_REWRITES is defined.

So the result of this is that the tunnel mib is unsupported on linux,
*bsd, solaris and darwin* nowadays.

Was this an intended effect of the if-mib rewrite?
