No, it doesn't, as the problem is that snmp.conf isn't being read. Adding
clientaddr to snmpd.conf tokens isn't the right solution.

To see what files are being read, try

        snmpd -f -Lo -Dread_config -H | egrep "(Reading|No such)"

I suspect that you have your snmp.conf in the wrong place...
