How about a single directive "cert", with the first parameter indicating
the type/scope/colour/etc of the certificate
i.e.
cert local ...
& cert peer ....
That would give the flexibility for expansion later, without
an explosion in the number of config directives.
(Not that I've looked at the code at all!)
