I need help to make step by step to install net-snmp 5.6.1 on AIX 6.1

- use the `-Wl,-blibpath:LIBDIR:/usr/vac/lib:/usr/lib:/lib ' linker flag
See any operating system documentation about shared libraries for
more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.
