Works fine here. But you should know that the most recently reported failure
of Net-SNMP on Windows was caused by a mismatch between the openSSL
libraries Net-SNMP was built with and those installed in
C:\Windows\System32.
If these versions match, the next step is to verify the output you get when
you run the command below in a command prompt:
snmpd -f -Lo
