Thank you for your response Wes! And sorry for not replying my findings. Yes, I did figure out that you needed to be logged in first to be able to submit. I did not expect to receive a blank page with nothing in it, even if I wasn't logged in.
I did get my patch submitted. Hopefully somebody will review, and commit.
