It tries to save the non-volatile rows and also some smp engine related
properties.
The snmp engine properties ( e.g snmpEngineID and snmpEngineBoots) is
required for synchronization between
agent and manager( RFC 3414 - section 2.3).
You can stop it by not calling function snmp_store , but i am not sure
whether this method is appropriate or not.
