I see disman/nslookup was updated recently to make lookupCtlTable read-only for NETSNMP_NO_WRITE_SUPPORT. This seems odd, since the only way to use this MIB is to write rows into the lookupCtlTable. If there's a provision to exclude modules entirely for NETSNMP_NO_WRITE_SUPPORT, I think that's a more sensible thing to do.
