Building Net-SNMP with Perl enabled always modifies the following git source
files:
perl/TrapReceiver/const-c.inc
and perl/TrapReceiver/const-xs.inc
because they seem to get regenerated during the build. This tends to be a pain
when dealing with the git repo.
Should these files be removed from the git repo? FWIW, we also have them in
perl/TrapReceiver/fallback/.
