We know with 100% certainty that there are no *current* devices with the same engine ID. I am not asking for how to troubleshoot the situation; I merely want to know how to report this to our customers so that they can either: (1) re-initialize their agents to clear things up; or (2) magically tell our system to "unlearn" the v3 agent information for the particular engine ID, as it may have been in error.
