   $ man snmpd.conf

       trapsink HOST [COMMUNITY [PORT]]
       trap2sink HOST [COMMUNITY [PORT]]
       informsink HOST [COMMUNITY [PORT]]
              ....... If COMMUNITY is not specified, the most recent
              trapcommunity string will be used.

By implication, if COMMUNITY *is* specified, then it will be used.

The access control settings are not relevant for generating traps.

If there are a multiple trapsink/trap2sink/informsink/trapsess
entries, then multiple copies of each trap will be sent - one to
each specified destination.
  If there is a single sink directive, then only one copy of each
trap will be generated.

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure
contains a definitive record of customers, application performance,
security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this
data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
