Hey Guys,
I have two questions:
1. Is it possible, using net-snmps agentX implementation, to be both a
sub-agent and master agent? I want to become effectively a "agentX proxy" where
from the perspective of the agentX master all of the processes are a single
agentX entity, but in reality there is one process that will dispatch incoming
agentX requests to sub-agents, and forward any notification/responses from the
sub-agents back to the master. If it doesn't exist, is this a feature the
community would be interested in integrating, or is it against the agentX spec?
2. Is there a way, as a sub-agent, to register for a callback when the
master agent sends any snmp notification (either from itself, or other
sub-agents)?
Thanks for in advance for your help,
Alex
