install to complete.

This is a known problem, which has been fixed in the current development code, 
and will be included in future releases.

The workaround is to delete (or comment out) the line starting
      @for i in $(MAN3) ; ....

from the "maninstall" target - ideally in both 'Makefile.in' and 'Makefile'
