Hello,

My name is Оskari Laine and I'm a student at Translation Studies. While
looking for information on the Internet today, I stumbled upon your article
http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/about/history.html that left quite an
impression on me. That's the reason why I actually decided to address you:
I'd like to use it in a project that I am part of. Let me tell you about
it: we're called "Translation for Education" and we do non-commercial
translations on various topics. We do that for the citizens of our country
who have poor or no knowledge of English. For them, our project's site is a
window out to the Englishnet. :)
So, in order to start my translation into Finnish I'd like to have your
permission to do it. Otherwise, if you decide to refuse, I will not do it,
of course.
We post our translations on our site, which is actually a blog, where
anyone who wants may take a look at them, and everything we do is volunteer
work. We don't make money and we don't ask for any.
I hope I managed to get your interest and convince you at least a little
bit.
I'll be waiting for your response and, hopefully, permission.

---
Best wishes,
Оskari Laine
