The conf files for mib2c don't work too well for variables that
are not integers and are not strings. I have worked out a patch
that handles at least Counter64 and probably other such variables
as well.

Also, snmpset doesn't work with Counter32 or Counter64 because
the 'c' and 'C' types were inadvertantly omitted from the
current source. Once these are added to the switch() statement,
it works fine.

If these patches would be interesting, what is the right way
to submit them so you all can vet them?
