Where did you find mention of this method? What package are you using? I've just done a search of the Net-SNMP source code, and there's absolutely no mention of the name "snmpgetx" anywhere within our code, or documentation. In fact, a Google search for this term reveals it only ever appears within the W-Ie-Ne-R MPOD Power Supply System documentation. Unless this is a typo, it may be a private extension made by them to the standard Net-SNMP code. If that's what you are using, then I suggest you talk to them about this. If not, then perhaps you could give us more information about exactly what you are trying to do. But the standard Net-SNMP suite does not have any concept of "high precision" commands or methods.
