This leak with snmptrapd is coming from the log_notification()
call in apps/snmptrapd_handlers.c but I haven't tracked it further
than that. As was seen by others, I'm seeing approx 8KB/trap (in
my case 5.7.2 on OpenBSD/amd64).

If wanted, you can totally disable the mib by removing the line
config_require(notification-log-mib) from agent/mibgroup/default_modules.h.
