Hi, I have a customer who has more than 1000 open TCP connections and when queries TCP OIDs snmp core dumps .So this seems to be a limitation of snmp regarding number of TCP connections.
When i look at the code I see a hard coded limit of 1000 connections in mibcache(kernel_sunos5.c has an entry MIB_TCP_CONN in Mibcache which has support for 1000 TCP connections). Would it be possible to increase the limit to higher value( say 2000) and what would be the pros/cons of doing this ?
