what is the problem you are facing, for upgrade process it's depend on how you
have used the SNMP, Typically you have to compile and build the netsnmp and if
your project uses the library like libnetsnmp.so you can replace with your
project and make sure all the existing test cases are not failing
Step need to be followed
1. http://www.net-snmp.org/download.html
2. Compile and Build the project
3. make install it
follow the readme that comes with the bundle
