MIBS takes a module name; MIBDIRS takes a directory path. Also note that

Based on the errors that you're getting, though, I have to wonder if your
mib is syntactically correct. Since it's giving you errors about
/homes/gkasliwal/.snmp/mibs/jnx-bgpmib3.mib I do not think that the problem
is that it can not find the right file. I like to use "smilint" from the
libsmi project to check correctness.
