Yes, I have tried this patch but i am getting some error while applying it.
and that is the reason i came here with some hope. I wonder if there is
something need to change from net-snmp code, why this patch is not present
in 5.7.3.
Anyways, This is the error which i am getting while applying above patch.

This error is pointing out to below newly added code as per the redHat
diff changes.
