Hi,
I am Suresh from Alcatel Lucent Enterprise, Chennai and I am in a study phase
of implementing NetSnmp Service instead of windows Snmp service.
Our application has SNMP agent(dll), we use the windows snmp service now to
load our dll. When we start running windows snmp service, the service would
load our agent dll and our agent would be running.
This is done by a registry key called ExtensionAgents of snmp service.
Now if I want to use NetSnmp service instead of windows snmp service, will
NetSnmp service load my agent dll? I have gone through Readme.win32 and I still
have this doubt.
Please explain
