Debian has snmp-mibs-downloader which gets around the MIBs licensing issue.
Most of the ones that come with net-snmp we have to strip out.

The single MIB added in the Debian package is the Gnome one with the
corrected enterprises OID. I think some of the dependent MIBs use the wrong
one.
