btw, if you have any dependent packages that use net-snmp-config --cflags
rather than pkg-config, check that they still build; the former lists flags
used by Net-SNMP, the latter just those needed by downstream users.
5.9.5 adds -Werror=declaration-after-statement if supported by the compiler.
One possible solution is to modify net-snmp-config such that all -W
flags are filtered out. There may be better solutions.
