Hi!

I tried playing around with SNMPv3 a bit and found some things I thought
was odd.

#1 snmptrapd drops notifications from unknown users despite that

disableAuthorization yes

is set. I expected it to accept the traps in that case even if it would
fail to decode authPriv notifications.

#2 snmpusm seems to lack a way to create users with different algorithms
than the current user.

Now, both of these issues might be me having trouble understanding the
manuals but I still feel that they shouldn't be that exotic.
