You'd need to set up the equivalent VACM settings manually:
- create a group containing the user 'wes'
- create a suitable view
(if one doesn't already exist)
- allow access for that group to that view
The simplest approach would probably be to add the user 'wes'
to an existing group that already had the appropriate access rights.
