FYI, the net-policy project (on sourceforge) provides a graphical
interface for configuring a number of things in SNMP agents (and
is being developed still, so its growing still).  It'll configure
entire networks of machines remotely on initialized agents.  However,
it won't do community strings as there is no supported snmp interface
for community strings in Net-SNMP yet (IE, the SNMP-COMMUNITY-MIB
isn't implemented).  It can help you configure the VACM and USM for
SNMPv3 though.
