How does SYSTEM_INCLUDE_FILE get set in net-snmp-config.h? I mean is this hard-coded or set when running configure before building net-snmp?
Reason I ask is because I'm getting 'no such file' for usr/local/include/net-snmp/system/sysv.h from linux.h. This comes from including net-snmp-config.h in my instrumentation.
