If I query for 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.1 (hrSystemUpTime), the agent returns the right result.
If I query for anything else defined in the MIB, I got noSuchName result.
Any suggestions?
I also searched the new group. Some people mentioned that HOST-RESOURCE-MIB was not compiled in by the default, we need to configured the mib module. I am not sure this is the same for my case, because I am able to get the systemUpTime in the HOST-RESOURCE-MIB.
Now I have a question on how to run configure: ./configure --with-mib-module=host. I was not able to find such util in my installation (I have installed net-snmp.5.0.9 and net-snmp-utils.5.09). Is the above instruction still valid for 5.0.9 and above.
Thanks.
Kelly
