It's totally up to you.
The Net-SNMP agent toolkit provides the framework for implementing
a MIB - it doesn't try to dictate how the underlying data is stored.
You can pull it from a database, hold it internally within the agent,
retrieve it from another subsystem or make up the values at random.
The agent doesn't care.

PS: Please don't send initial queries to me directly - even Cc:ed to
the mailing list. I read the lists fairly religiously every day,
and don't need to receive two copies of a request. It's not going
