OK - I've now had a chance to look at the agent perl
code in a bit more detail.

The good news:
The documentation for this module in the current
CVS code has been increased significantly, and
includes an example of how to do exactly this.

The bad news:
It relies on a new function that is *only*
available in the CVS branch, and is not part of
the 5.1.x line (so won't be in 5.1.2)

Have a look at the project web site at
      http://www.net-snmp.org/cvs
and give the latest code a whirl.

Dave
