I'd got this vauge feeling that the EGP MIB group had sort-of been
deprecated within the overall MIB-2 tree.   It's certainly the only
bit of RFC 1213 that doesn't seem to have been re-written to use SMIv2

But I can't immediately spot any (semi-)official statement to that
effect.   Maybe it's worth asking on one of the IETF lists?

But as Wes says, if you want to code an implementation of this MIB,
I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be included with the Net-SNMP
suite.
