Strange. Neither DISMAN-SCHEDULE-MIB.txt nor mibs/SNMPv2-SMI.txt have
changed since 5.1.

Are you sure that the SNMPv2-SMI that snmptranslate finds is ours?

It should end with the following lines

-- definitions of administrative identifiers

zeroDotZero    OBJECT-IDENTITY
    STATUS     current
    DESCRIPTION
            "A value used for null identifiers."
    ::= { 0 0 }

END
