It's not so much whether SNMP can deal with IP aliases.
The question is whether such traffic statistics are available
from the underlying kernel.   You don't say what O/S you are
using, but given you mention 'iptables', I'm guessing this is
some form of Linux.

Last time I checked, the Linux kernel reported traffic stats
for each *physical* interface, but didn't break this down
by virtual interface or IP address.   And fundamentally, if
the data isn't available, the SNMP agent can't report it.

The one approach that does seem to work is to use iptables
to do this accounting.   If you find another way, please
do let us know.
