OK, the solution to my previous mail is to change the generated files (from mib2c) to add the new path to the config_require lines:
gen'ed: config_require(xxx_access) ... chg'ed: config_require(xxx/xxx_access) The xxx.h file in agent/mibgroups still only needs one config_require(xxx) and the rest are handled in the subdir.
